Wash bananas, then peel and cut into 1 inch pieces. Now heat oil in a pan add bananas and shallow fry for 5 minutes and take them out. In the remaining oil add cumin seeds, onion, garlic and sauté till light brown.

Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, green chili, tomato puree and cook for 5 minutes.

Then add bananas, salt, 2 cup water and mix well. Cover it and cook for 10 minutes on low flame. Sprinkle garam masala and add 2 tsp curd(optional) and mix it well.

Garnish with coriander leaves.
