It is a very traditional Chinese dish, easy and yummy. Crispy skin with soft heart, smooth gravy with garlic taste.

It is a very traditional Chinese dish, easy and yummy. Crispy skin with soft heart, smooth gravy with garlic taste.
Steps

Cut tofu into any shape you like. Cut all the ingredients into small slices.

Pour olive oil and fry the tofu until golden. Add 1/4 tsp. salt in case of oil splash.

Fry another side, add 1/4 tsp. salt, wait until golden. Be gentle this step, tofu is too soft.

Store them into a plate.

Use the oil in the pan to fry other ingredients (pepper, pork, garlic).

When pork is done, mix tofu and pepper pork together.

Get another bowl, mix starch with half-bowl water. Add into the pan with 1/2 sugar, 1/2 tsp. soy sauce or fermented soya beans (if you like the taste). Wait until bubbling,

Crispy fried tofu is done! If you want to have rice with gravy sauce, just shorten the boil time. Enjoy the traditional Chinese homemade crispy fried tofu.
