Dry rost the rava in a pan unit it turns a light brown. Transfer to a bowl when done and set aside to cool.

Heat oil in a the same pan and add the mustard seeds, urad dal and curry leaves. When the dal turn golden brown and mustard seeds splutter, add the onion turns golden brown.

Now add the green peas and vegetables. Mix well.add about 3 cup water and cook closed untill the vegetables turn soft.

Open, add salt, lemon juice and mix well. Then lower the flame to sim and roast rava little at a time. Stiring constantly to avoid lumps.continue to cook and stir for another 5 minutes.

Remove and serve hot vegetable upma.
