Maharashtrian Kulith Shengole

Steps

First will make kulith shengole. For that we will dough of kulith flour, peanut powder, salt, green chilli paste and garlic paste and mix it. Add water and make stiff dough.

Keep dough for 1 hour then make long thread of dough and put it in boiling water just like cooking spaghetti. Add little oil so threads wont stick to each other. And boil till it come to surface and become light.

In one kadhai add oil. Make tadka with jeera, curry leaves, greenchilli, hing, peanut powder, curd and coriander and add water according to your gravy need.

Add tbsp of kulith flour to make it thick. At last add salt and just before serving and shengole in it and boil it for 5 mins with lid on.

It tastes good with any bhakri and with peanut chutney.
