Peel the potatoes and divide it into desired sizes.

Heat the oil in a deep skillet. Fry the potatoes in the oil for 10 minutes. Turn then cook for 5 minutes.

In another pan, put oil. Add in onions. Fry until golden brown

Add tomatoes and stir. Then add tomatoes paste and some salt.

Stir. Then add in the fried potatoes. Stir for a few minutes then serve.

Serve.
