Ingredients

  • 500 gudon noodles
  • 500 gprawns
  • 200 ggreen beans
  • 50 gginger
  • 2 tbsppeanut or sesame oil
  • Oyster sauce
  • Soy sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the noodles for 5 minutes or until tender then drain.

  2. 2

    Peel the prawns removing the heads and shells.

  3. 3

    Peel and slice the ginger and then cut the slices into strips.

  4. 4

    Wash the green beens under running water and cut off all the stems.

  5. 5

    Heat the oil in a large wok on moderate/high heat add the green beens stirring for 2 to 3 minutes until dark green and caramelized.

  6. 6

    Add the ginger and prawns stirring until pink.

  7. 7

    Then add the drained noodles, oyster sauce, soy sauce and 150ml water.

  8. 8

    Stir until steaming and serve.
