  2. 5 piecessauceage
  3. 3big diced carrots
  4. 2 tablespoonsweet corn
  5. 1 tablespoongreen peas
  6. boneless chicken shredded
  7. 1 bunchspring onions
  8. 1 bunchparsley
  9. 1 handfulspinach
  10. to tastesea salt
  11. 1 tspcurry
  12. 1bulb of garlic
  13. 5big ripe and fresh tomatoes
  14. 5fresh pepper

  1. 1

    Wash and add the shredded chicken and diced sauceage in a pot

  2. 2

    Add the spring onions and garlic with the tomatoes and fresh pepper

  3. 3

    Add the sea salt and cook all together until a little tender

  4. 4

    Then add the unripe plantain with the parsley and spinach

  5. 5

    Add the curry,stir and cook for another 3minutes

  6. 6

    Add the remaining veggies and stir then your healthy and yummy food is ready to eat
