Steps

Wash and add the shredded chicken and diced sauceage in a pot

Add the spring onions and garlic with the tomatoes and fresh pepper

Add the sea salt and cook all together until a little tender

Then add the unripe plantain with the parsley and spinach

Add the curry,stir and cook for another 3minutes

Add the remaining veggies and stir then your healthy and yummy food is ready to eat
