Ingredients

  • 500 gmsking prwans
  • 100 gmscornflour
  • 2 tbspbarik rava
  • salt
  • 1 tbspred chilli powder/ chicken tandoori masala
  • 1 tspturmeric
  • 1 tsplemon
  • 1 tbspgarlic paste

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate prawns with garlic paste, lemon, turmeric, tandoori masala, salt for 1 hour.

  2. 2

    Add cornflour, rava in it. mix it. and deep fry it. prawns will pop up and fry it till it get crispy coat.

  3. 3

    Serve it with pudina chutney. see my next recipe
