Ingredients

4 servings
  • 3 cupidli better
  • 3 tspoil
  • Few of curry levels
  • 1 pinchasafoetida
  • 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  • 1chopped onion
  • 2-3chopped green chilli
  • 1/4turmeric powder
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2lemon juice

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat sufficient water in a steamer. Pour idli into the greased idli mould, Fit them onto the stand place stand in the steamer. Put the idli on and steam till done.take the stand out,and coll slightly befor dislodiging the idli into a bowl.

  2. 2

    Heat in a pan.add asafoetida, curry levels, mustard seeds to till Oil, when the seeds crackle add onion and saute.

  3. 3

    Add chopped green chilli, turmeric powder and continue to cook till onion become soft.add idlis, red chilli powder and salt and mix well. Add lemon juice and mix again.Serve hot.
