Ingredients

  • 1/4 cupboiled and chopped spinach
  • 1/4 cupboiled corn
  • 1 tspgarlic minced
  • 1 tbsponion finely chopped
  • 1 tbspcrumbled paneer
  • 2 tbspwhite sauce
  • 1 tbspgrated cheese
  • to tasteSalt, pepper, mixed herbs, paprika
  • 1 tspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan, heat oil, sauté garlic and onions

  2. 2

    Add in the spinach, corn, paneer,

  3. 3

    Add salt, peppers, herbs, paprika

  4. 4

    Add white sauce and 1 tbsp grated cheese.

  5. 5

    Your dip is ready to eat with khakhras/ crackers or even toasted bread pieces.
