Today the managu that i cooked wasn't the usual bitter managu, it was sweeter especially when milk was added.

Today the managu that i cooked wasn't the usual bitter managu, it was sweeter especially when milk was added.
Steps

Remove the managu from the stalks, wash then cut into pieces.

Put to boil for 45 minutes. This should be until it becomes soft and the bitterness has reduced.

In a separate pan, put oil then deep the boiled managu in the sufuria.
- 4
Mix, add salt. Then add in milk and boil for a few minutes. Then serve. Tastes really nice.
