8 ozSour Cream
1/2 cupSwiss Cheese, grated
4 ozCorned Beef, sliced and finely diced
3 ozCream Cheese, softened

Combine and heat all ingredients in small saucepan over low heat until hot.

If dip is too thick, add 2 or 3 Tbsps of milk to thin a bit.

Serve with warmed Rye or Pumpernickel bread or bread sticks.

Turned out great and so easy! Used packages of Budding corned beef and served with cocktail rye.
