  1. 1/2 kg chicken kabab (readymade)
  2. 2big onion barik kata hua
  3. 4tomato barik kata hua
  4. 1 tsp ginger paste
  5. 1 tsp garlic paste
  6. 1 tsp salt
  7. 1 tsp red chili powder
  8. 1 tsp kali mirch powder
  9. 1 tsp garam masala
  10. 1 badi elaichi kuti hui
  11. pinchhing
  12. 2 serving spoonsarso ka oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Kababs ko tukdo me kaat le.... pan me oil garam karein.... pinch hing daale.... kuti badi elaichi daale..... onion daalkar pink hone tak bhun le.... ginger garlic paste daalkar achchhe se bhun le

    Tomato and saare pise masale daal de aur oil dikhne tak bhun le....jab masala bhun jaaye to kate huye kabab ke tukde daalkar pakne de 20 - 25 minute

    Gravy taste ke according rakhe.... ready hai kababs in gravy
