Ingredients

  • 1and 1/2 cups Maida
  • 1cuppowdered sugar
  • 1 cupcurd
  • 1/2 cuprefined oil
  • 1/2 tspbaking soda
  • 1and 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1tsp vanilla essence

Steps

  1. 1

    Seive maida thrice and keep aside.

  2. 2

    Beat curd and sugar till smooth and mix baking soda and baking powder.

  3. 3

    Keep aside for 5-10 minutes till it becomes frothy.

  4. 4

    Then add vanilla essence and oil to the curd and mix.

  5. 5

    Now add maida to it.

  6. 6

    Bake at 170 degree for 35 to 40 minutes.

    Let it cool before using frosting.

    Soft and fluffy bundt cake is ready. Njoy it..
