Ingredients

  1. 6 cupyogurt
  2. 1 cuppowderd sugar
  3. 1/2 tspcardamom powder
  4. 1/4 cupalmonds
  5. 1/4dry rose pattels

Steps

  1. 1

    Tie up the curd with a muslin cloth and hang for 4hour it to drain water.

  2. 2

    Mix the thick curd with sugar in a bowl.

  3. 3

    Whisk in the cardamom, almonds and rose pattles

  4. 4

    Refrigrate for 30 minutes.

  5. 5

    Garnish with almond pieces and pattel.
