Ingredients

15 minutes
2 servings
  • 1Hass avocado
  • 1Roma tomato
  • 2 tbsred onion, diced small
  • 1key lime
  • 1-2Chipotle in adobo, deveined and seeded
  • salt
  • Cilantro, chopped

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Mash the avocado and squeeze the lime over it. Add the chopped onion.

  2. 2

    Cut the top off the tomato and squeeze the seeds out. Dice and add to guac.

  3. 3

    Remove veins and seeds from chipotles, chop and add to guac.

  4. 4

    Salt to taste

  5. 5

    Garnish with cilantro.

  6. 6

    Serve with tortilla chips.
