preheat oven to 350°F.

brown ground beef- set aside

in mixing bowl mix cornbread mix according to box directions

add cream corn, Cheese, ground beef, & peppers to cornbread mixture

spray baking dish with non stick cooking spray... pour in mixture & bake for 45 minutes or until center is set..

serve warm & enjoy

Very bland. Might have been better if it was with sausage instead of ground beef. Used real cheddar cheese instead and added onion powder to the ground beef. Was hoping this was gonna be tasty but was sadly disappointed.
