Steps

Boil arbi with salt and turmeric. And peel it off.

Squeez lemon on it. Add garlic and mix it.

In another mixing bowl add rava with rice flour and salt. Add around 2 tsp of red chilli powder and mix it.

Now take arbi in palm. Gently press it and coat it in rava mixture.

Shallow fry it till golden brown.

Sprinkle some more salt and coriander, red chilli powder and squeez lemon and eat it with green chutney.
