Ingredients

  • 1 largeonion
  • 1 tbspcayanne pepper
  • 1egg
  • 1 cancold club soda
  • 1/2 cupof flour

    add all ingredients except onion in a mixing bowl and whisk until even

  2. 2

    coat the onions in the batter and fry them in 375°F oil
