Steps

Take one cup wheat flour, 1/2 cup melt huya ghee,1/2 cup powdered sugar,1/2 tsp Elaichi powder.

Mix them to make a soft dough.add 2 tsp milk if needed.keep the dough aside.

Now take a heavy based kadai.preheat it for 10 min.Place one stand in the kadai.. now grease the plate with ghee.

Make small cookies shapes with cookie cutter and place on the plate.

Decorate them as you wish...place cookie plate on stand and put the lid on kadai.

Bake for 10-12 min. On slow flame.check if the cookies are brown at the bottom and does not stick to plate.

Your atta cookies r ready...let them cool completely before eating.

For chocolate atta biscuits add 1tbsp coco powder after making the dough mix well and bake it same way.

Thickness of the biscuits decides how much time will it take to bake. Bake for 5 to 10 min more if it's not cooked well.
