Ingredients

50 Minutes
For 4 servings
  1. 2Carrots
  2. 1Potato
  3. 3Peppers
  4. 1Onion
  5. 3Cloves
  6. 1 Table SpoonTomato Sauce
  7. Olive Oil
  8. Spices Which You Like (1 Tea Spoon from Each)
  9. 500 GramPinto Beans
  10. Hot Water

Cooking Instructions

50 Minutes
  1. 1

    First chop all vegetables.

  2. 2

    Put 3 or 4 spoon of olive oil into a dutch oven. Heat it for 30 seconds to 1 minute.

    Roast the onion until it turns pink after that add peppers and roast them.

  4. 4

    Add carrots and roast them until they lose their colour. Later add potatoes. Let them roast for 3-5 minutes.

    Add pinto beans, tomato sauce, cloves, spices and let them roast for 5 minutes.

  6. 6

    Add 2 or 3 glass of hot water and boil for 40 minutes with low heat.
