1/2 cupapplesauce
1 1/2 cupbananas
1 cupsplenda
1 3/4 cupflour
1 1/2 tspbaking soda
1/2 tspsalt

Preheat oven 325°. Spray pan.

In large bowel, blend together the eggs, buttermilk, applesauce, & bananas.

Sift together the splenda, flour, baking soda, & salt.

Mix into banana mixture. Spread into pan.

Bake for 1 hr

I just attempted to bake this recipe adding chocolate chips. put it in for an hr as stated and the outside layer was golden brown but inside was raw......Not happy :(
