2 cupstrawberries green leaves and stems removed
1 cup1 ripe mango, cut into cubes (about 1cup)
1 1/2 cuplow-fat milk
1 cup(8oz) low fat vanila yogurt
1/4 tspdried mint (optional)
1ice cubes
1EQUIMENT : Measuring cups, Blender, Drinking glasses

combine the strawberries, mango cubes, and milk in the container of the blender. Whirl on high until smooth, about 1minute

Add the yogurt and mint,if using, to the blender.

Whirl on high for 20seconds longer.

Fill drinking glasses with ice cubes. Pour the smoothie over ice. Serve cold.
