Ingredients

  1. 2 cupstrawberries green leaves and stems removed
  2. 1 cup1 ripe mango, cut into cubes (about 1cup)
  3. 1 1/2 cuplow-fat milk
  4. 1 cup(8oz) low fat vanila yogurt
  5. 1/4 tspdried mint (optional)
  6. 1ice cubes
  7. 1EQUIMENT : Measuring cups, Blender, Drinking glasses

Cooking Instructions

    combine the strawberries, mango cubes, and milk in the container of the blender. Whirl on high until smooth, about 1minute

  2. 2

    Add the yogurt and mint,if using, to the blender.

  3. 3

    Whirl on high for 20seconds longer.

  4. 4

    Fill drinking glasses with ice cubes. Pour the smoothie over ice. Serve cold.
