Ingredients

  • 1to 2 serrano peppers seeded and diced
  • 4 cupdiced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cupscallions
  • 1/2 tbspcumin
  • 1salt to taste
  • 2to 2 tablesoon lime juice or vinegar (i usually add a bit more)
  • 1 tbspoil
  • 2 clovegarlic minced

Steps

    chop and combine all ingredients

  2. 2

    refrigerate for 3-4 hours

  3. 3

    taste and add more salt or lime juice if needed

  4. 4

    serve with tortilla chips, on tacos, over fish, whatever you like
