boil eggs and let cool

cut eggs in half length wise and scoop out yokes

crush yokes with a fork until very fine or use a food processor

add vinegar, mustard, spices, and 6 heaping tbs of mao. u may have to add another tbs or two of mao. it depends on how creamy you like your filling

fill eggs with the yoke mixture and eat.
