Cookie Batter
1/3 cupcanola oil
1 cupSugar
1and a half cups pumpkin
1Egg
1 3/4 cupflour
4 tspBaking powder
1 cupChocolate chips
1 cupWalnuts
1 tspCinnamon
1and a half teaspoons pumpkin spice
1/2 tspsalt

Combine all ingredients. Mix well.

Drop on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350* for 10 to 12 minutes.

Place on cooling rack to cool, then serve.
