1/2lemon
as per taste Salt
1-2hari mirch
as per taste turmeric powder
as per taste aamchur powder

Sabse pehle peanuts ko grind kar le. Fir soak kiya huya sabudana or aloo ko mix kar le.

Fir isme half lemon namak, hari mirch,haldi,aamchur,hara dhaniya dal de or mix kar de.

Fir iski tikki bana kar deep fry krde.tikki ko curd,hari chutney,onoin,anardana or hara dhaniya se garnish kar
