Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1/4 kgbeef liver(diced)
  2. 2medium onions
  3. 2medium green pepper
  4. 3large tomatoes
  5. Cooking oil to fry
  6. Salt

Steps

30 minutes

    Prepare all the ingredients

  2. 2

    Put the liver in cooking pot

  3. 3

    Add cooking oil and the stir until the liver drains all its water and starts to fry in oil

  4. 4

    Fry the liver until it's tender

  5. 5

    Add onions then continue frying. If you realize that it's sticking on the sufuria you can change it.

  6. 6

    Add tomatoes and green pepper then stir until the tomatoes are cooked

  7. 7

    Add salt and a little water if required then leave it for a while before it's ready to be served

  8. 8

    Serve with rice
