Boil the maize and beans both the same pot.

Then cut onions, tomatoes, and hoho.

Put a Sufuria in a jiko, add onions and oil. Fry until slightly brown.

Add in the hoho. Stir for five minutes then add in the tomatoes and stir until semi soft.

Then add in the mixed maize and beans. Stir very well. Dissolve royco in 20 mls water.

Add to the Githeri with salt then stir very well.

Cook for 8 minutes then serve.
