  • 12ice cream sandwiches
  • 1 canwhite or chocolate whipped cream
  • 1 packagescandy of your choice..M&Ms or Resse pieces are good.

  1. 1

    Arrange 4 ice cream sandwiches, along sides touching, on a flat serving platter. Squirt San even layer of whipped cream over top, extend edges with cream for best appearance.

  2. 2

    Sprinkle 1/3 cup candy on whipped cream.

  3. 3

    Repeat layers.

  4. 4

    Garnish with melted chocolate, optional....Freeze 5 hours, or til firm...

Made this as a birthday cake. I layered the ice cream bars then fudge striped cookies. Added a layer of my caramel sauce and next layer of bars. Made fresh whipped cream and mini m&m's to decorate. It was fabulous!!!!!
