2 dashSalt
2 dashPepper
2Egg
2 cupCrushed Corn Flakes
1 cupSelf rising flour
For the frying pan
1Vegetable oil/or Crisco

Mix eggs in bowl , set aside

Mix dry ingredients together in second bowl.

Dredge chicken in egg wash, tap off excess

Place flour mixture in brown paper bag

Using the bag, shake, coating pieces evenly

Meanwhile, heat oil or grease in skillet over medium heat until it pops

Remove chicken from bag and place in pan
8

Fry on both sides until cooked throughly. About 7 minutes per side. Please check for doneness as skillet temps may vary
