  • CHICKEN SOUP BASE
  • 1bay leaf and 5 black peppercone
  • 2 tbspfish sauce and dash of white pepper
  • 1 cupleek and onion
  • 1 literLG BASIC CHICKEN SOUP / STOCK or any chicken soup
  • garnish
  • 2 cupsoy noodle
  • 1 tbspcoriander leaf
  • 1 cupcooked shreded chicken for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    add bay leaf and peppercone with leek and onion in chicken stock and bring to boil then add soy noodle simmer for 2 minute

  2. 2

    add fish sauce and pepper mix well then off heat top cooked shreded chicken
