Ingredients

3 servings
  • 300 gramsrice
  • 250 gramsraw beef
  • 1onion bulb
  • 2large tomatoes
  • 2tablespoonful of cooking oil
  • To tastesalt

Steps

    Cut the raw beef into small pieces place into pan, add water and boil for 30 minutes to tenderise the beef

  2. 2

    While waiting on the beef, prepare the onions and tomatoes chop to small pieces for fast preparation of stew

  3. 3

    When the beef is ready and tender, pour the excess soup to a cup for later use on stew. Add oil onto the pan with beef, stir and add the chopped onions stir ; moderate heat on cooker, add tomatoes to the mixture and stir. You will realise the tomatoes becoming smooth paste and is spread onto the pieces of beef. Add the soup from the cup and salt,stir and leave to cook for 10 minutes and it's ready.

    Prepare the rice by doubling the volume of the rice for the water, heat the water to boiling, add the 1 tablespoonful of cooking oil and salt then ricer and cover with lid to fasten the process. Should be ready in 20 minutes. Serve your meal and enjoy
