Parboil rice for 8mins,wash and boil for 12mins.add salt to taste.

Check when is dry to turn off heat.

Boil palmfruit with intensive heat for 30mins.

Allow it to cool then pound with mortar.

Pour in the palmfruit in a sieve put a pot undernath.

Squeeze and pour warm water gradually to squeeze out oil.make sure the warm water is not much.

Do it in batches.then sieve the oil again to remove the sand.

Boil meat and stockfish with onion,Maggi and salt for at least 30mins.

Boil the oil for at least 30mins with intensive heat.

Pour in the meat with stock.let the stock not be much

Add pepper,Salt and Maggi.boil for 7mins.now it should be a bit thick now.

Then add crayfish and boil for 2mins.add scent leaf and stir.bring down immediately.

Wash sliced vegetable very well.pour in a pot heat up for 1min and add salt.
