Ingredients

  • Minced chicken
  • 1egg
  • 1/4 cupcoconut flour
  • 1onion minced
  • Cubesmozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper
  • Garlic
  • Rosemary
  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Season chicken with salt and pepper

  2. 2

    Mix in flour, egg, onion, garlic, rosemary and pepper

  3. 3

    Scoop some mixture and form into a ball, add the cheese cube in the middle and mold till the cheese is enclosed well

    Fry in medium heat until golden brown

  5. 5

    Serve with rice or salad
