wash peppers; drain well. salt cavity lightly

combine in bowl: ground beef, rice, water, onion, salt, and 1/4 cup ketchup. mix well

stuff peppers 2/3s full

arrange stuffed peppers in crock pot, may be stacked

pour in remaining 1 cup ketchup and water

covet and cook on LOW 6-8 hrs or HIGH 3 hrs.

pour tomato sauce over top pepper and mozzarella cheese to serve. Enjoy!
