Preheat oven to 425°F

In a large bowl, mix flour, yeast,baking powder,sugar, and salt. Stir together with a fork.

Add oil and warm water, mix well.

Turn dough out onto a floured surface. Scrape bowl with a rubber spatula.

Knead dough 20 to 30 times, or until smooth and elastic. Do not overwork dough

Prepare pan; leave as is for non stick pans, grease lightly with oil or sprinkle with 2ml cornmeal.

Stretch the dough onto the pizza pan with your hands. You may use a rolling pin to shape the dough.

Bake in the oven until golden brown, about 10 to 15 mins.

Remove from the oven and top with pizza sauce, cheese and toppings of your choice.(ex. Meat slices, mushrooms, peppers, etc.)

Return to the oven for another 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
