This flourless cake is a rich, chocolatey, moist piece of heaven :)
Steps

Butter and flour a 10 inch bundt pan. Preheat oven to 170 degrees.

Melt the chocolate and butter over a double boiler.

Let the chocolate mixture cool a little and then add the egg yolks and ground almonds.

With clean whisks, in a clean bowl, whisk the the egg whites with salt with a little pinch of salt until soft peaks form. Continue whisking, adding a little sugar at a time, until stiff peaks form.

Carefully fold the egg white mixture into the chocolate mixture.

Add the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 30-35 minutes.

Let the cake cool in the pan before taking out.

Decorate with fruits and powdered sugar and serve. :)
