#healthyjunior......Yummy healthy rice balls with filling of corn n cheese. Appropriate when kids r bored of eating Roti Subji n tempted to eat different yummy tempting snacks.

For the outer covering

In a bowl mix cooked rice,boiled,peeled n mashed potatoes, bread mashed.

Add salt to taste n mix the whole mixture.

In another bowl mix half crushed corn, grated cheese, salt n oregano powder.If kids eat little spicy add chilli flakes or black pepper powder.

Now make round equal balls from the rice potato mixture.

Flatten each ball n fill the corn cheese mixture in it n seal the outer covering of the balls.

Now In a frying pan heat oil on a medium flame.

Fry the corn cheese balls on medium flame till light brown in colour.

Serve hot with tomato sauce.
