Super healthy Whole wheat and oats base pizza

Take a bowl. put 100 ml of warm water. add sugar and disolve it. Add yeast and cover bowl with plastic wrap.

After 10-15 min it will ferment than add 1 cup of wheat flour and that much water that it becomes like cake batter. Now rest this batter for 30 min covering with plastic wrap.

After 30 min you find batter will get lots of bubble. now add remaining wheat and oats flour. add salt and oil and make a dough.

On wooden board, dust some wheat floor and put our dough on it and turn the dough for 50 times

Put this dough again for 30 min covering plastic wrap.

After 30 min give finishing touch to dough using some oil.

Roll dough and put in pizza baking tray. spread grated cheese. Add topping and bake pizza on 200°c for 12 min or until brown spot came into notice on cheesy surface.

Healthy pizza is ready
