In a mortar and pestle pound okra with potash lightly do not over pound.

Wash and chop pumpkin leaves and allow to drain properly.

Cook beef with stock cubes and salt to taste.

Add iru/daddawa /ogiri powder into the meat and stir.

Add atarodo with diced onions and keep cooking.

When beef is properly cooked add okra stir and cook for 5mins.

Add smoked fish, ugu leaves and bitter garden egg stir and cook for 5mins.

Enjoy with Tuwon shinkafa, semovita, eba pounded yam etc.
