Ingredients

6 tbsp.Chickpea flour (besan)
1/2 cupfinely chopped onion
1 tea spoonsalt or according to taste
1 tea spoonBlack pepper
1 tea spooncumin powder
1 tea spooncarron seeds (ajwain)
6-7 tbsp.Water
3whole wheat chapatis
Garlic mayonnaise

Steps

Mix besan, salt, carron seeds, water, chopped onions, black paper, cumin powder and make a smooth batter.

Apply the batter on whole wheat chapatis.

Put them on hot greased tawa and cook from both the sides.

Cut them into pieces and apply garlic mayonnaise.
