Ingredients

4 servings
  • 4piece's of boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 2fresh mushrooms 8 oz each
  • 1 smallred pepper
  • 5 tbspmargarine
  • 1salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cupmozzarela cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    melt margarine in large frying pan

  2. 2

    salt and pepper chicken to taste and place in pan

  3. 3

    wash and slice muchrooms and pepper

  4. 4

    when chicken is almost done add mushrooms and peppers

  5. 5

    when chicken is done and mushrooms and peppers are carmelized

  6. 6

    pile mushrooms and peppers on top of chicken

  7. 7

    top off with cheese and cover till melted
