4piece's of boneless skinless chicken breast
2fresh mushrooms 8 oz each
1 smallred pepper
5 tbspmargarine
1salt and pepper to taste
2 cupmozzarela cheese

Steps

1

melt margarine in large frying pan
2

salt and pepper chicken to taste and place in pan
3

wash and slice muchrooms and pepper
4

when chicken is almost done add mushrooms and peppers
5

when chicken is done and mushrooms and peppers are carmelized
6

pile mushrooms and peppers on top of chicken
7

top off with cheese and cover till melted
