Thaw spinach. Drain off liquid. (I place in cheesecloth and squeeze)

Drain artichoke hearts and cut into quarters.

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

Place in a small crockpot, cook on low 1.5 to 2 hours. Stir occasionally.

Can also be baked in oven, place in shallow casserole dish and bake 15-20 minutes. Serve with warmed tortilla chips.
