Hot Spinach-Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 10 ozpackage frozen spinach
  2. 14 ozcan artichoke hearts
  3. 3 clovegarlic (minced)
  4. 3/4 cupshredded mozzarella
  5. 1/2 cupgrated parmesan
  6. 1/2 cupmayonnaise
  7. 1/2 cupsour cream
  8. 2 tbspPhiladelphia Savory Garlic Cooking Creme
  9. 1/4 cupmilk
  10. 1/2 tspsalt
  11. 1/4 tspblack pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Thaw spinach. Drain off liquid. (I place in cheesecloth and squeeze)

  2. 2

    Drain artichoke hearts and cut into quarters.

  3. 3

    Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

  4. 4

    Place in a small crockpot, cook on low 1.5 to 2 hours. Stir occasionally.

    Can also be baked in oven, place in shallow casserole dish and bake 15-20 minutes. Serve with warmed tortilla chips.
