Methi ko saaf & wash kar ke milk.hari mirch.1 onion ke sath mixi mein grind karein

Parathe ke liye atta.salt.ajwain.dal ke methi ki puri se dough ready karein.oil ka haath laga kar cover kar ke 10 minute rest de.

1 non stick tawa par halka desi ghee laga kar paratha sek le.makhan & dahi ke saath serve karein.
