Ingredients

  1. 100 grammoong
  2. 2 table spoonoil
  3. Half teaspoon rai
  4. 2 pinchhing
  5. 2chopped onions
  6. 1 tea spoonginger and garlic paste
  7. 1tomato
  8. 2 tea spoonlal mirchi powder
  9. 2 tea spoondhaniya and jeera powder
  10. Halfteaspoon haldi powder
  11. to tasteSalt add
  12. 1 table spoondhaniya patti
  13. Halflemon juice

Steps

  1. 1

    Sab se pahele moong ko pani se wash kar dijiye.

  2. 2

    Ab 4/5 hours ke liye pani me bhigo ke rakhiye.

  3. 3

    Aap chahe to direct bhi bana sakte he cooker me.

  4. 4

    Ab cooker me oil dal ke garam hone rakhe.

  5. 5

    Garam hone ke baad rai and high ka tadaka lagaye.

  6. 6

    Ab is me chopped onions dal ke lal hone tak bhune.

  7. 7

    Lal ho jaye tab uper bataye huve masale and Salt dal ke mix karein ab chopped tomato dal ke thoda pakaye

  8. 8

    Baad me jarurat ke hisab se pani dal ke cooker ka dhakkan dhank ke 4 to 5 whistle pe pakaye.

  9. 9

    Ab roti, paratha, ke rice ke sath sarve karein.
