Ingredients

  1. 1 cupwheat flour
  2. 1/2 cupbesan
  3. 2 spoonssuji
  4. 5elaichi
  5. Pinchsalt
  6. 1/2 cupghee
  7. 1/2 cupsugar powder
  8. 2 spoonsdahi

Steps

  1. 1

    Ek bowl me (1) number ki ingredients ko achi tarah mixed karna hai.

  2. 2

    Dusri bowl me ghee & sugar ko smooth hone tak mix karna hai.

  3. 3

    Fir fir dahi dalke mix karna hai.

  4. 4

    Ab mixed flour dalke axi dough ready karna hai.

  5. 5

    Fir choti choti ball banake grease ki gai plate me rakhe aur centre me press karke kaju sajaiye.

  6. 6

    Ab kardahi me salt dalke garam karna & garam salt ke upar plate rakhna.

  7. 7

    Fir dhakan band karke slow flame me 25 minutes pakana hai.

  8. 8

    Bas ready hai nankhatai.
