Cut bread slices into one inch squares. Better to use sides of bread slices (leftover after making sandwiches)

Heat oil in Kadhai. Add onion, garlic paste. Saute well. Until light brown. Add cabbage,corn, capsicum green chillies. Stir well. Cover the lid. Cook on medium flame for 3-4 minutes.

Add tomatoes sauce,soya sauce, Ajinomoto, salt, sugar, black pepper & vinegar. Add, 1/4 cup of water. Mix well. Let it boil.

Add bread pieces. Mix all So that all spices mix properly with bread pieces. Bread Manchurian is ready. Serve hot.
