  1. 1 lbpork loin roast
  2. 1 mediumonion
  3. 1/2orange, yellow,& red pepper
  4. 1bottle of honey bbq sauce
  5. 1 1/3 tspminced garlic

Steps

45 mins
  1. 1

    Dice or shred pork roast place in 2qt sauce pan or larger , add remaining ingredients, heat on medium til peppers & onion is soft. Then let cool .

  2. 2

    In ungreased muffin pan, take 1 biscuit & flatten it out to a 2 or 3 inch circle & place in muffin pan .

  3. 3

    Take am spoon in pork roast mixture.

  4. 4

    place in a 400°F pre- heated oven, 8--10 min, let cool and stuff your gut..

  5. 5

    can also eat warm ..
